How do I get the most out of the Time Planner?

2. Read the "Quality of Time" text

2. Read the "Quality of Time" text

The Quality of Time text describes the subtle, but tangible nature of time quality for the period related to any score. The factors that are considered in this have to do with what sign and constellation the Moon is in as well as the lunar day (Tithi), yoga, muhurta, chogadiya (sanskrit names) etc., among a number of other astrological factors. The text is meant to give you a detailed description of the nature of the time, its symbolism, its potential influences and effects, and most importantly what it can be most effectively used for. Reading this text will help you understand the quality of the time and help you observe its subtle influence in your environment around you.

The text has two names that appear at the top that summarise two of the main qualities at work, for example today is Mixed - Supportive. There are 11 major qualities of time described as: Light, Tender, Swift, Fixed, Dreadful, Fierce, Mixed, Supportive, Challenging, Increasing and Decreasing. A brief description of each quality can be found at this page. And a more detailed description can be found in my book "Panchang Moon Astrology"

Once you read the time quality text, then you can read in the "Power Principle" text how compatible the current time period is with your chart, and what you can do to maximise its worth to you.
